Sarah Brew defends corporations facing product liability, mass tort and personal injury cases. She has distinguished herself in the defense of complex cases, whether brought as individual claims, multi-district lawsuits or class actions. Sarah has successfully defended manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and agricultural products, consumer appliances, chemicals, petroleum products and industrial and agricultural machinery. Sarah is co-author of the Minnesota Practice treatise on Products Liability Law published by Thomson West.

Sarah is adept at handling expert witness issues and, in many cases, has obtained summary judgment for a client as a result of a successful Daubert-based motion. Sarah has written and lectured on the admissibility of expert testimony.
