Kathryn (Kate) Nikolai Hibbard joined Greene Espel in 2007 after clerking for the Honorable Wilhelmina M. Wright of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Kate's practice focuses principally on governmental defense and business litigation. Kate graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors. While in law school, Kate worked as a litigation law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities, a position that allowed her to assist attorneys with complex land-use, employment, and civil-rights disputes. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
