Jacqueline Mrachek has been practicing law since 1991 and chairs the firm's employment law practice group. She has consistently been recognized by her peers as a "Super Lawyer" and was recently named a "Top 40 Super Lawyer." Jacqueline's practice includes counseling clients through employment issues, training managers on workplace conduct and compliance with employment laws, conducting workplace investigations, and representing clients before administrative agencies and the courts. She routinely handles employment cases involving harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, non-compete agreements, defamation, and breach of contract. Jacqueline frequently lectures on employment law.

Jacqueline is a Past President of Minnesota Women Lawyers, and has remained an active leader in that organization.
