Bethany Krueger focuses her practice on complex business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, unfair competition, other business torts, and intellectual property matters. She practices in both federal and state courts. Beth has served as a trial team member of significant Federal Trade Commission antitrust litigation. She advises clients on government investigations and helps clients respond to information requests. Beth also counsels her clients on competition and distribution issues faced in their day-to-day businesses. She has substantial experience in class action defense. Beth is the former Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and is an active volunteer attorney for the Children’s Law Center. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Illinois.
