Bethany Krueger joined the firm in 2008. Her practice encompasses a wide range of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, unfair competition, other business torts, and intellectual property matters. She has served as a trial team member of significant Federal Trade Commission antitrust litigation. Beth also has substantial experience in class action defense. Beth is the former Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section. She is also an active volunteer attorney for the Children’s Law Center. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Illinois.
